Your version is fine. Open DJ straight up. Hit "new". Choose the option that burns a CD from a CD image. (Can't remember exact wording.) You will have two boxes a "source" button and a "burn" button (Again, can't remember exactly the wording.) Click on source. Browse to the CDI. Double click on it. Then let it rip. Your CDI tells DJ everything else. (Self boot etc.)

Good luck. Don't make it harder than it is. I just think you are on a wrong screen, or not using the proper option.
