Your teammates should be where the force field cages are. If they aren't then you may have a corrupted savegame somewhere. You also need to free the T3 unit, he is kept in a different location. You could try moving the cursor on top of a force field cage and see if there is a talk icon there just in case your graphics driver has problems with drawing the force field transparency.

Also, you can't get the lightsaber from Atris, you have to build it yourself.
