Basically, a tutorial on using ADRenaline Patcher can be found in the Tutorials > Patching Guides section at www.psplace.tk
Unzip ADRenaline Patcher, place the patch file in the folder where the ADRenaline program has been extracted to, open up ADRenaline Patcher and follow on from there...
