many bin files on capcom games

street fighter alpha 3 has so many .bin files. i have the utopia version and want to make it self boot. i tried echelon's way just hacking 1st_read.bin and ip.bin and it didn't work. and i read somewhere that you have to make all binfiles with cd001 in them point to lba11702 (or lba of second session). so i went through most of them and dahack'd all the ones i found then made a new iso n it still didn't work. it will boot up and show memory card picture but no tv. and i don't have a pal dc. anyone know whats up help me out!
