Help please with the planet web browser

i'm from europe and so i want to use the us browser to change the provider.
The utopia bootdisc works well but the iso of planetweb2.6 won't work(i used discjuggler3.0) and the 2.0version was recognized by utopia but stops loading

How can i make a working browser cd?
