Lan fix to raven shield 1.6..

Oh yeah, tell me. RS tries to validate the cd-key all the time, even if no internet-connection is available. Thus there's unbearable lag every 30 seconds. But sometimes this problem didn't appear, I can't really tell what's triggering it. Sometimes it also appeared after the game was running for a few minutes, this can be so bothering.
I was able to solve the problem, while every computer is connected to the internet, no lag appeared. But you can't always be online while playing in lan and this "giving a phone call home" behavior sucks.
