thanks for the info
i found away round it with a couple of programs
systemcleanA1 and believe it or not nero lol nero has the ability to see the hidden files programs ect ect so i used that to find the hidden files (make data cd ) < c: recylcle & d:recylcle> ran the systemclean program then got it to scan and clean nero and it worked ...
