only? 4+ years...lol thats pretty old for a crapy v4 laser. Yes I would have to say its your laser, I see this so many times with the v4's its not even funny.

However you can replace the KHS-400B thats in your V4 with a brand new KHS-400C and and it will work as good as a V7. We charge $70-$80 to do this.
