a Q about play VCDs on a DC

I can't understand "Burn the contents of the temporary directory to a CD-R - ISO Level 2, Mode 1 (CDROM only,not XA), Joliet filesystem."
Which software can i use???? CloneCD, DiscJuggler or just Easy CD Creator????
