Saturn/Sega CD, on DC???

Hi, I'm new to the DC world and i'm constantly finding new things for the Dreamcast like VCD, Snes emulators, and #########. But there's a couple of things that I want to know, is there a program or some sorta boot disk that allows the DC to run and play Sega Saturn and Sega CD games. And does any one know where i can find the game pak for #########??? Thanks alot for your help! "DC RULEZ!!!"
