81 minute images.... impossible to burn?

Hi all.
I gotta question. I have 4 or 5 games that previously required a boot disc but I have since converted to be self-boots. Unfortunately, they are over the 80 minute mark. Is it possible to burn them using DiscJuggler? I know I need to ##### "overburn" with a maximum CD size of 80 minutes, but I'm still having problems... Are there any other tips you can give me, or will I be forced to make do.... (I suppose I could try to truncate, but I'd prefer other options...)
I heard rumors that changing TOC to CD-XA might help....
My writer is a Plextor 1210A (12x writer if you don't know the abbreviations).
