Try using a larger capacity disc (i.e., 80min rather than 74min).
I've got Unreal (.CDI) burned to an 80min disc with no problems. If you're already using 80min discs, maybe your image has a problem or Nero is confused. Maybe you need to change Nero's default max to 80min instead of 74min...
