Hello all, happy new year. I am having trouble with my drive not recognizing disks. I dont need drivers! Have an Hitachi LG GCC-4480b that XP tells me is just hunky? Started having trouble recently after installing 'Soldiers HWW2'. Happens to recognize 'that' 2nd disc??? But not my 'Empires DoTMW'??? Lots of Games U can install of HD no prob but not 'Empires...' So, if anyone can help with what I could do to be able to install of me HD, ie ... could I remove,or possibly change the autorun.inf. to allow this to happen, Whew. BTW I recentley did a reinstall of XP so going thru and reinstalling a few games, and the drive starts getting selective(or something else???)???? Would really like to just cure the problem of the drive but! Anyways thanks beforehand, Graiskye
