back up disk???

ive got a question about the back up disk!!! ive burned it and i think it works but i dont know for sure , because i dont know what im looking for? when i put it in it thinks its a music cd , and then when i click on the far right button it says please insert dc disk. is that right ? then i put in the back up game and it should work or do i have the wrong thing????
