I found a fix for that, any1 who's havin the same problem just follow these steps:

1. go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter
2. find file named NeVideo.ax
3. delete it or better just make an archive of it (just in case u need it later)
now both nero and cmr2k5 can coexist on ur PC
