You'll need to download QA Tool and then burn it to a CD. From here, choose to Format the MC and then choose Unformat. Eject the CD, reset the console and go into the browser. Your memory card will appear. Hilight it, click X and then the console will say 'Memory Card Unformatted. Format now?' Select Yes, hit X and your card will be good as new...
