How do I use Neo2.2? Please Help

Hi, I do not own a neo2.2 but I'm helping a friend. He forgot how to play games with this modchip (the bootup method) and I was trying to help him.

Please tell me how to boot up a backup PS2 game with this modchip and GS1.9 Step by step plz, I could not find any tutorials on the net. Thank you in Advance
