I must have missed where you said that. but no you dont have to disable the drives you just need to uninstall the burning (emulation) software.

I have lots of games (all original purchased games) which give me the emulation detected messages. I dont uninstall the emulation programs tho instead I search for a NoCD crack! And as I normally purchase approx 4 games each month, and if there is not a crack available I just shelve the game until there is! I wont be forced by the game makers to uninstall programs! When I see the emulation message I read it as saying "You will need a crack to play this game!" I just wish the game makers would realize this as well!
