infinity firmware help

how do you flash matrix infinity homebrew with the firmware,

i have downloaded the firmware and i know how to burn the .cue file to disc, but what about the .bin, file being 10mb this must be the firmware, but matrix site does not say anything about that, also something about the memory card manager whats all that about.....

can anyone help?
