If the image on the CD behind the reindeer says "UTOPIA", I'd say you probably have a bad game disc. I had that problem with CrazyTaxi initially, when I burned it using CDRWIN. Finally I dumped the .BIN to my hard drive and burned an ISO and it worked fine with my bootup disc.
