It sure is, it says "Patch hl2.exe", but there is no hl2.exe. Half Life 2 is started via the steam.exe
And the text in french means as much as "You can **ck yourself!" I hope there'll be a crack soon, 'cause I'm a student and I've got no I-net connection in my flat, so even if I bought HL² I could not play it.
