Problems with Tech Romancer

I've had a problem with what I think is just a bad burn of Tech romancer as it only affects one character :Pulsion

Simply Put you cant fight against it in story or versus mode when your using Pulsion or the game locks up, this affects the alternate version of Pulsion as well.

Just wondering if its the rip or the burn that screwed it up,And since my Dc and cds are home I cant see which group released it.

Anyone else have this problem ?
