Pretty Woman Problem

Im trying to backup pretty woman, i get it on my hd alright but probleem is it has side A and side B now question is how do i get it on to one side DVD? i use dvd shrink 3.2 and clonedvd. also have dvd dycrpter and nero 6.0.
