I found that Betting Office with those ITB machines. I think its in East Los Santos. Cant find it again for the life of me. Total wank, thought I could make a quick buck. Every horse I bet on ending up loosing the race. The ponies.

open the map and look for downtown Los santos, the betting place is right under highway and at the left of it there's a clothes shop.

Anyways, how the hell you kill that gay guy on the PCG that you have to chase on your own PCG with Jeffrey/OG Loc on that back. Dude just wont die. In the end he just ends up getting away. Other then the Low Rider Races, I got no missions left in order to continue the Main Story.

just follow him, in the end he will join his friends then you can kill them all together.
