Silent Hill 4...help

hi,when I try to start the game he crash,and if I try again,it apears this msn:
"a crash ocorred the last time the game was played(I never play it

).using safe graphics options",if I close the msn or press oka the game crash again.I've SP2,9600pro,256mn,512ram,2600+.can any one help me?

P.S: before this I couldn't start the game beacaus he wasn't proprely installed(and I had a dll error,but I dont have it any more...)
