Recopying Dc games not working? Please read..

I have tons of games that work fine on my dc most self boot & I want 2 recopy them. I dont have the .cdi files 4 the games cuase I thought I could just copy them like any other cd. (I searched in the forum but i didnt c any1 with the same problem so please dont say "just search") I tryed with a few programs, Cloned Cd & nero. & when I burned it there were no errors but when I put it in the dc it read it as a music cd, The games r self-boot that iam tryin 2 recopy, but i also tryed them with the boot disc 2 c if that was the problem but no luck. With or without the boot disc the copied game doesnt get read on the dc 4 some reason, Does any1 know what 2 do or a good program that works 4 doing this? Thanks
