Car Polish for Scratches

doesn't the turtle wax come with a sponge applicator (I dunno I use it with my car, I think it comes with one...)

if not, how much is the orbital buffer with sheepskin pad? Would a tshirt suffice?

I just say slightly wet it b/c that's how I wax my car.
