Pain In The Arse

I am trying to copy a copied DC game, and am having no luck. They copy ok but wont run on the DC (even with a boot disk) I have tried NERO 5 and DiskJuggler3. Occasionally they boot as audio files. Someone please help me, i have wasted about 30 disks.
