You can no doubt find it on the net, but you cannot ask where to get it here. Just get the xbox drive product name and search for the firmware on google. The firmware on a xbox dvd drive is just like the xbox bios; MS doesn't distribute it for free and have a terms of service regarding the xbox(which you can read up on if you want), so it is not considered free. Thus the legality issue.
