now considering that thread is true of what it speaks...i would go matrix. it can play PAL games thanks to the new 1.3 upgrade.

i dont know about the GameShark, Action Replay, and Code Breaker stuff since theres no need to cheat. lol or whatever they do. the matrix can probably handle it

and yes it boots anything... it would boot a piece of wood and you would be playing Hickory Oak Adventures all day.
