Help unpack game

I have the game Kao the Kangaroo from Go Sega Go on the top 66 list
There are 7 files in total with the extensions .001-.007 and the note in the .nfo file says "The game is MP3'd. So UNPACK/INJECT/Burn as usual for CDDA games"

The Specs are

Can anyone help - The above means nothing to me and I want to burn it.
