DC PAL patches

Just wondering why there are not many ntsc>pal patches around, are they hard to do?

I cannot be the only person with an old TV whos games are green/purple in colour, because there TV does not support ntsc. I have just got confidential mission and a few others which are ntsc and i would love to play them in their full glorious!!

Please Please can anyone help? (Please do not recommend new TV)
