Audio Driver problem

Hi Friends,
I have a problem with my audio drivers.When i installed the latest version of winamp it failed to load.I have been using Winapm since long time and i did not have any problem like this ever. But now when i installed the latest version of winamp this error comes.The error which comes is "Driver failed to Initialize".so now will it be any software problem or problem with my soundcard. I am not able to figure out what shall be the problem.Can anyone help me put in this.Any help would be appriciated..
