problem with dvd decrypter and shrink

I am running xp with a pioneer 107d. I am trying to back up dragonball: The saga of goku disk 2, which is bigger then 4.7 gigs. I used the "file" mode on dvd decrypter to put the dvd on my hard drive and then used dvd shrink to try to compress it, but when I do, it gets all the way to 100% and then says that it is "out of memory" before it finishes. Is there something that I am doing wrong? I even did a error check on my hard drive and had no problems there. Thanks in advance.
