A Filter (IVIVIDEO.AX) anyone?

doe's anyone know much about A Filter (IVIVIDEO.AX) ,

i have a wmp file that crashes wmp everytime i try to open it,
i then get sent to the microsoft crash anyalis page, which directs me to an intervideo page, which has nothing listed about the problem!!

i've done some reading and it seems this filter is part of a codec?

but why doe's wmp crash and what can i do to stop it from happening?

any ideas would be helpful
