Duo 2 Question?

Whats up ppl!

Im just curious, i've had my flip-top for like 3months, and i, umm, wanna get a modchip installed now (no comments!

)

Is the new Duo 2 Special edition good? cause I can get it for $100 installed where I live.

Or any other suggestions or better modchips that wont be dangerous to the PS2?

(I have a v5/v6 ps2, not sure which of the 2 it is)
