Some Game's ISOs too big? (700+mb)

Some Game's ISOs too big? (700+mb)

Is that possible? that a game's ISO be too big to fit on a Cd-r? Im trying to backup Xenogears (rare), and the first disc's image is 713 mb. Same with Vagrant store, the .cue file is 716, and the .ccd is 745mb...

I dunno whats going on..and which file should be used to burn? .cue or .ccd?
(ccd is clone cd, i know, but I dont understand which to use)
