Coaster Works [US] - Freeze Problem

hi, maybe anyone can help me.
Coaster Works [US] freezes by pressing 'start' during the echelon-intro. if I pull the scart-plug the game loads fine and I hear music playin', but after inserting the plug the screen stays blank. :| hm. anyone knowing of a rgb-fix ?!
