Doom 3 Install problem

Hello,

I spend my last bucks on this game, but i cant install it.
When i start the install, the following message appears.

DOOM 3 ERROR:
---------------
Internal Error 2349

Feature Transfer Error.
Error: 1603
Fatal error during installation.

Consult windows installer help (msi.chm) or MSDN for more information.

Now, first i think it must be the cd`s, so i tried them on my oldie (1.5GB, 512MB,Geforce3 enz) and there i can install the game, but this system is way to slow for this game, also it does not support 98, only Xp.

So, who can tell me what i can do about this, and what this error code means. I`ve looked at this msdn site, but i cant find nothing.
