Not surprising in the least. DC games come on a proprietary format called "GD-ROM", or GigaDisc-ROM. These discs have the data packed in tighter, and the disc can hold 1 GB as a result of this. So, many games that you try to copy will not fit. I havent backed up any of my DC games in a long time, so I don't really remember, but there are many tutorials and programs out there to help you fit it onto a disc. The other thing you could do is try to find someone who already has a version that can fit on a normal CD-R.

Hit up google for some tutorials, they should be pretty easy to find.
