try to use TMPGEnc trial can be found here
1. at startup close the wizard
2. on the bottom right select: ES (Audio only)
3. under that you click onto setting and configure your audio properties
4. on bottom you can find the fields for video or/and audio source (browse for your video or audio source on your dvd here!)
