Can Anyone Identify This Mod Chip???

hey hey, ive had this for a while but cant find wiring diagrams for it, its a cheapmod but none of the sites ive looked on hav had the right 1 on there???
thanx loads to ne1 that can help with this as im sooooo desperate, been unable to play my xbox for months!

let me kno if ya need any more info about it.
