cdi file problem for TXR2

I am new to this, so bear with me if this is a stupid question. I have all of the files for TXR2, and have unrar'd them using Winrar, but there are still 25 or 26 cdi files instead of one. Is that how it is supposed to be? Also, there are 2 .exe files that run in dos, the ipbin.exe asks for info., what info. do I enter? Thanks in advance for any help.
