Problem with Soul Calibur (CNN release) VGA-Box patch

I have this release of the game, and it's work fine, but i can't use VGA and the patch fails.

When i tried to use this patch, i receive a warning, and if i agree, then the burn with disjuggler fails.

The 1st_read.bin also is not "standard" and i can't select VGA-Box manualy. Anyone knows how make this release VGA-Box compatible ?
