Broad Band adapter for DC

Is there any other place other than Sega selling it, and will I just plug it into my ethernet card and after that will it be able to read off of it as if it was another cdrom drive?
And will it fit on a normal 700mb cd and how do I make it self bootable so I won't need to run the Utopia disc first?
