Xvid help (using vidomi). Keeps messing up the movie

Hello all, I have been putting my movies into divx format, but have rescently decided to change to xvide bacause it is supposedly better. Not to mention it compiles twice as fast.

Anyways, I try to make my dvd movie into an xvid. However, I cant get the settings right. When it is completeted, the movie is placed 3 times across the window with lines all over, and the movie is only toned green an black. I tried changing some settings on the codec, but cannot seem to get it right. Any Ideas?
