Becuase you didn't accept the first banning. There is no point of banning/suspend people when they always creating new ones, instead of accepting the ban/suspend and waith til there be unbanned/unsuspended.

Loock at me, I was banned for more than 1 week, becuase of a drunk and borred moderator. And I didn't created a new account!
