Problems using cdrecord
I am trying to make a bootable CD out of a non bootable CD. When I type cdrecord -scanbus however it gives the following message.
0,0,0 0) 'SONY ' 'CD-RW CRX140E ' '1.0c' Removable CD-ROM /SELFBOOT/CDRECORD.EXE: Warning: controller returns wrong size for CD capabiliti es page. 0,1,0 1) 'NEC ' 'CD-ROM DRIVE:28B' '3.05' Removable CD-ROM 0,2,0 2) * 0,3,0 3) * 0,4,0 4) * 0,5,0 5) * 0,6,0 6) * 0,7,0 7) HOST ADAPTOR An automating program like autoselfboot won't let me start copying ( I think because it detects my CDRW as a normal CD drive). Is there a solution which doesn't require me to use cdrecord? or can I correct this problem? |
