True Crime - Streets of LA DVD HELP REQ

I am trying to copy True Crime - Streets of LA onto a single dvd, but it doesn't install from dvd, as it asks for disc2.
But when I install from a folder on my hard disc it installs perfect. Plus to use a no-cd patch.

Can anyone help to get it to install from dvd?
