Lets see, it has auto detection for PSX, PS2 and DVD backups. It plays mod protected PSX games on v9,10 consoles. One chip is compatable with all versions PS2. The chip turns itself off after boot and Matrix infinity sounds better than DMS3 I used to have a DMS3 and i am not knocking the chip but In my experience the boot rate its better with the infinity, about 99.9%. My console loads backups as good or better than originals, No button pressing unless i use the Quick boot feature. The infinity is also a few bucks cheaper than DMS3 at most sites.
